These terms govern your use of the Venue Wrangler app and service, operated by Loungeability LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Venue Wrangler provides venue operations tools — scheduling, time clock, reservations, floor management, team chat, inventory, and reporting. Solo use is free; team features are unlocked by a venue subscription.
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions billed to your Apple ID. They renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Work data you create in a venue (schedules, time entries, messages) is shared with that venue's team according to role. Venue owners and managers control their venue's roster.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to falsify time records (including location spoofing), no interference with other venues' data, and no reverse engineering or abuse of the service infrastructure.
The time clock is a record-keeping tool. Employers remain responsible for compliance with applicable wage, hour, and labor laws in their jurisdiction.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loungeability LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
