Frequently asked questions

How do I join my venue's team?
Your venue manager adds your email to the team roster or sends you an invite. Once added, sign in with your email and you'll be connected to the venue automatically.
Why can't I clock in?
Clock-in requires you to be physically at the venue. Make sure location services are enabled for Venue Wrangler and that you're within your venue's geofence. Mocked or low-accuracy locations are rejected.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can change or cancel there at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Account and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data. You can also email us to request deletion.
I found a bug — where do I report it?
Email support@venuewrangler.com with the device, what you tapped, and what you expected. Screenshots help a lot.
