Privacy Policy

Venue Wrangler ("the app") is operated by Loungeability LLC. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address and name, used for sign-in and so your team can recognize you.
• Location (while using the app) — your precise location is checked only at the moment you clock in or out, to verify you are physically at your venue. We store the clock-punch coordinates with the time entry. We do not track your location in the background.
• Work data — schedules, time entries, chat messages, reservations, and other operational records you and your venue create in the app.
• User content — photos or files you choose to upload (for example bar inventory count sheets).
• Identifiers — app and account identifiers used for authentication, subscription management, and push notification delivery.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: operating your venue's scheduling, time clock, reservations, chat, and reporting. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Your work data is visible to your venue's team according to role (for example, managers can see the venue schedule and time entries). We use service providers to run the service, and share data with them only as needed for that purpose: Google Cloud and Supabase (hosting and database), Apple In-App Purchase and Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (photo and document storage), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error diagnostics), and Google Gemini (AI features, including parsing a staff roster you upload — which can include names, email addresses, phone numbers and job titles). We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account). Your account, profile and sign-in credentials are permanently removed. Photos, documents and other files you uploaded into a venue remain with that venue as its operational records, and are permanently deleted when the venue itself is deleted. If you are the final owner of a venue, the confirmation also deletes that venue, its operational data and its stored media. Wage and timeclock records that must legally be retained are kept in de-identified form for the statutory period, separately from the venue. You may also email us to request deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as salted, iterated hashes — never in plain text.
